Expanding organic carrot and potato markets.

Organic growth during 2015/16 was 5%, on average. Growth for 2017 and 2018 is predicted to be nearer 10%. As a result TC & N Taylor put into conversation 200 hectares of ground in 2015/16; a further 200 hectares is planned for 2017/18. This will allow us to grow 200 hectares of potatoes and 200 hectares of carrots on a sustainable rotation to supply the market long term. European exports are becoming increasingly important in a balanced sales programme.
