Parsnips

We have drilled 20 hectares of parsnips for the 2026/27 season. Our outlets include processing, Prepack, and box scheme customers.

Our aim is to start harvesting in early September.

We have topping, tailing, and washing facilities, which allow us to deliver parsnips of a standard ready to pack. 

We are the UK’s leading supplier to the major multiples – from August through to April – with crop ‘strawed up’ over the winter months.

Varieties include: Pearl, Javelin, and Palace.
