Parsnips

16 hectares of parsnips will be drilled for the 2024/2025 season. Our outlets include processing, pre-pack, and box scheme customers.

Our aim is to start harvesting in early September.

We have recently installed topping, tailing, and washing facilities; enabling us to deliver parsnips of a standard ready to pack. 

We are the UK’s leading supplier to the major multiples – from August through to April – with crop ‘strawed up’ over the winter months.

Varieties include: Pearl, Javelin, and Palace.
